Led by Sadi Pajaziti, a licensed general contractor with a multi-generational background in construction, the firm was built on hands-on leadership and a strong understanding of how projects are built in the field, not just managed from a desk. That perspective allows us to anticipate challenges, coordinate trades effectively, and deliver consistent results.

Who is Sadi ?
Sadi Pajaziti is a licensed commercial general contractor with a background rooted in hands-on construction, international experience, and disciplined execution. Raised in Rome, Italy, Sadi developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship, precision, and the importance of building things correctly the first time,principles that continue to shape his approach today.
After relocating to the United States in 2011, Sadi established his career in Florida’s commercial construction market, where he has since built a reputation for reliability, accountability, and results-driven leadership. Entering the contracting industry in 2015, he quickly distinguished himself through strong field knowledge, clear communication, and a practical understanding of how complex projects are successfully delivered.
Throughout his career, Sadi has led and contributed to a wide range of commercial projects, including hospitality developments, single-tenant and franchise restaurants, grocery and retail facilities, shopping centers, multifamily properties, medical and healthcare spaces, country clubs, and large-scale mixed-use environments. His experience spans both ground-up and renovation work, often within active or occupied properties requiring careful coordination and sequencing.
Sadi’s leadership style is defined by clarity and involvement. He is known for maintaining direct communication with clients, consultants, and trade partners, ensuring alignment across all phases of a project. This approach allows issues to be identified early, decisions to be made efficiently, and schedules to remain intact.

Our Process
Every project begins with an initial consultation, typically held via Zoom, to review project goals, scope, timeline, and expectations. This conversation allows both parties to confirm alignment and determine whether the project is a good fit before moving forward.
Once engaged, we proceed with the development and coordination of construction documents. These documents serve as the foundation of the project and are used throughout construction to define scope, dimensions, materials, and code requirements. Clear documentation is essential to controlling cost, schedule, and execution.
After the construction drawings and specifications are finalized, we coordinate with our trade partners and vendors to establish a detailed lump-sum or agreed pricing structure. This process ensures accurate budgeting and minimizes unexpected costs during construction.
Upon execution of the construction agreement, permit applications are submitted to the appropriate local building department. During the review process, we monitor all comments and respond promptly to requests for revisions or clarifications to avoid unnecessary delays.
Once permits are issued, we mobilize on site and begin construction. Throughout the build, we provide consistent progress updates and maintain clear communication to keep all stakeholders informed.
At project completion, we coordinate final inspections and closeout requirements. Upon approval, we obtain the Certificate of Occupancy, confirming that the space meets all applicable codes and is ready for use by the owner or tenant.
